Well hopefully, if you're reading this, you already know at least a bit about me. :)
But here it goes anyway:
I guess one thing I have to say is that I've changed, quite a bit, since high school. Definitely for the better.
Here at Biola, God is morphing me into a completely different person, it seems like.
Things I've learned and am still letting sink in:
- People are more important than projects.
- Sacrificing to make time for the Lord is never regretted.
- The Christian life was not meant to be lived alone.
- Independence is oftentimes only a form of arrogance
- The Lord will give you what you need if you make Him your priority
- Living in light of eternity prioritizes the present.
- Investing in people is worth it -- even it if allowing to feel means getting hurt.
- The simplest gestures of kindness can lift a weary heart.
- Regretting time wasted is only wasting more time -- the Lord redeems all things.
Ohhhh cryptic! And very true :)
